DragonCon 2010 meet up?

Hi, everyone,

This may be a bit early, but I'm seeing if there is interest in a LotS/Sword of Truth meetup at DragonCon this year. I would love to get together with other costumed fans for pics and fun! :0) Thanks!

Ohh yea! Definitely! I'm going to be sprucing up my Kahlan Confessor's dress and I'd love to have a meet up!

If I get my costume together, I'm down for a meetup; working on mord-sith outfit, and possibly bringing a season two dark kahlan friend :)

I've been hearing about some mord sith costumes in the works. There was a lady that commissioned one of my fellow theatre costumers to make her a Mord Sith just a few weeks ago. I really hope she is planning on attending DC!

I haven't heard from anybody yet what day works - but Friday still works for me. I definitely still want to do a meetup - I was even considering trying to get a photographer if there was interest. Also, I need to get feedback from people if they still want to march in the parade (mainly because I don't want to be a lone mord sith! :0) ) Is Friday okay for you?

Friday should work for me. Do we know when on Friday? And where is everyone? It would be good to know if we are marching in the parade or not too.

As far as I know, the parade group is still on - after seeing comments in the main DragonCon page. I think that there is going to be a LotS party/gathering on Sunday, so may have to move the meetup/photo op till then, although I would still like to do one on Friday night. I will post again both on Cosplay.Com and on DragonCon site in a couple weeks to get a feel for people's schedules and to remind them to pick up their parade badges from me. If you have any desired meeting times, please let me know! :o) Thanks!

Since it is getting closer, I thought I'd try to get this more definite. I am picking up badges for the Legend of the Seeker/Sword of Truth parade group, and this is who I have as marching so far(mostly from DragonCon.org site):

I would like to have a photo op for this group, and I thought maybe we could do one Friday night (maybe at 8?), so please let me know your feelings on that. I could then give out the badges there, OR I can give them to people right before the parade. Once I know the location of our group, I'll let everyone know.
